The direct, dedicated, authorised & convenient VIKMANS Repair Service Centre provides easy availability of Original Spares, Warranty and Repairs.
It is open everyday Monday through Friday from 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM. Second and Fourth Saturday is a holiday. The workshop is located at DELHI.
Outstation
The designated engineers are available to you 24 x 7 on their mobile phones for instant support and solution. Service is available through trained channel partners in many parts of the countries and growing.
We also have engineers trained and deployed in some of the metros / major cities for specific models of the scanners. We are in the process of opening authorized service centres in near future in many cities across the nation.
In case the scanner has to be brought to the workshop, an appointment can be taken on-line or via email.
